- VILLA IN SELVANTICA, NARNI -

Just an hour from the center of Rome is an unspoiled oasis in the peaceful green hills of Umbria...

Located in Selvantica, an exclusive condominio of rustic houses, all different and each one with its own character, just outside the town of Narni in Umbria, at the geographical center of Italy.  The villa, which can be used as a full time home or vacation home, is set in a prime position surrounded by hectares of woods and olive groves. Despite being in a private location it is by no means isolated.

In an excellent location in Southern Umbria, an hour from Rome, the villa is less than 4 kms from the center of Narni.  A private community with a pool for the exclusive use of the owners, this is a welcoming and original home with terraces and a private garden with stately oaks under which grow the tartufi neri  (black truffles) for which the region is famous. A refuge for songbirds whose chirping fills the fresh air. Fireflies twinkle on summer nights.
